Size of the backdrop. This is the single biggest factor. Height costs more than width, because a taller frame needs more structure as well as more flower.
How many areas. A single corner is at the floor price. A wedding covering gate, stage, mandap and entry is four setups on one booking — cheaper together than separately, but still four.

Access. A fourth-floor walk-up takes longer to load in than a ground-floor hall. It rarely changes the price, but tell us the floor so we schedule enough time.
What is included
Design, material, transport, the team, the full build, and removal of our frames and stands afterwards. There is no separate setup fee, no labour charge and no clearing charge — those are the three line items that turn a quoted figure into a larger bill on the day, and we do not use them.
Getting an exact figure
Send two or three photographs of the space on WhatsApp with the date and the occasion. Photographs tell us more than measurements do, because they show the ceiling, the light and what furniture cannot be moved. We reply with a fixed quote.
Questions about pricing
Home setups start from ₹5,000 with premium artificial florals and ₹6,000 with fresh flowers. Venue and banquet hall setups start from ₹20,000 and ₹40,000. The final figure depends on the size of the backdrop, how many areas you want covered and the flower type.
Fresh flowers are bought by weight on the morning of your function and the market price moves with the season, so a large fresh setup carries a much higher material cost. Artificial florals are reusable stock, which is why the same money buys a noticeably bigger setup. Most families spend the same and get more, rather than spending less.
Fixed. We quote after seeing photographs of the space, and that number is what you pay. If you add elements after booking we tell you the extra cost before we build them. The one thing we will not do is quote low and revise upward on the day.
Not for the usual areas — Kasba, Gariahat, Ballygunge, Jadavpur, Garia, Tollygunge, Park Circus, Salt Lake, New Town and Rajarhat are all included. For Howrah, Behala, Dum Dum and the outer edges we may add a small transport cost on larger setups, and we tell you that up front rather than at the end.
